12 Gauge Strut Channel
5/16" Screw in Bicycle Hook
Lag Screws
End Stop (Use a bolt mounted in the ends of the strut channel as a blocker).
Installation: You should be pretty handy, and able to use tools and find the studs in your ceiling. Stay within the rating of the hook you purchase.
Place your lag screws about 2 feet from each end of a 10 footer strut channel and 1 near the center. (approximate based on your stud spacing)
Be sure the mounting screws are screwed firmly into solid wood ceiling joists.
